greeeentrees: Are you doing more photos this year, or do you have another blog I could follow?
I’m not doing an official photo project this year. At this time, I don’t have another blog… but don’t give up on me yet! I’m missing my camera and thinking of posting again, maybe at a little more leisurely pace than EVERY DAY. Actually, now that I think about it, I took a lot of “extra photos” in 2012 that never made it to post. I think I’ll go post those now! :)
ghypki: Congratulations! I know you enjoyed this project, but it took a lot of determination and commitment on your part to find the right photo each and every day. I've enjoyed seeing what would appear each day. Nicely done!
mrcoopersblog: December 21 Gnarly tree limbs in Charlotte, NC were was this picture taken?? I really like that tree, do you know what kind it is?
I took this photo on campus at UNCC. Behind the Miner statue. I have no idea what kind of tree it was. It was short. It might have technically been a shrub.
Well, I just posted my last photo of 2012.
366 photos (it was a Leap Year).
This was the first and only resolution I’ve ever seen through ‘til the end.
This photo project taught me how to open my eyes and see things that had become invisible to me over the years.
I saw beautiful flowers, butterflies, and monuments that I didn’t even realize surrounded me every day.
As we approach 2013, I hope I will continue to enjoy the beauty and cool stuff that is always worth seeing, with or without a camera.
Thank you to my followers on Tumblr who viewed and ‘liked’ my photos. And an extra thank you to the people who thought some of my photos were cool enough to reblog. You don’t know how much that meant to me.
Thank you to those who wrote to me, encouraging me to continue as 2012 progressed.
Happy New Year to you all!
